1 tablespoon vegetable oil 

1 onion, diced (1 glass) 

1 red ringer pepper, diced (1 compartment) 

2 carrots, diced (1/2 glass) 

2 teaspoons ground cumin 

1 pound additional lean ground burger (90 % lean) 

One 28-ounce will beat tomatoes 

2 mugs water 

1 jalapeno chile in dish sauce, seeded and minced 

2 teaspoons dish sauce from the container of chipotles 

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 

Salt and normally ground dull pepper 

One 15.5-ounce will dull beans, drained and flushed
